Dedicated Server Guard is sold as a Monthly Subscription allowing the subscriber to access the Dedicated Server Guard Members Area and the latest Dedicated Server Guard File which is updated weekly during the subscription period.

Due to the fact of Dynamic IP's and that they are constantly changing, we felt that a low cost subscription service was the best way to serve our customers and help insure they have the latest Blocking Files to include those that have been unblocked due to IP changes etc.

Though Dedicated Server Guard comes with no warranty implied, expressed, or written ..... we believe its immediate measurable performance on your Dedicated Server will be self evident for you to continue your subscription and updating your Dedicated Server Guard codes.

Before signing up for the non refundable subscription which you may cancel at anytime, please be sure that your Dedicated Server and Server Access Level meet the following requirements:

Linux or Unix based operating system

SSH Root access to the server

The ability to transfer the Server Guard to the root folder via SSH or the ability to use the WGET command to transfer the Dedicated Server Guard File to your Servers root folder

The ability to disable any currently running firewall ..... if any is running

As a Pre-Test of your Dedicated Server, log in via SSH as root and execute the following commands:

# Top

The Top command shows you the current server load. To exit the "Top" command press "Q" on your keyboard.

# iptables --list

The IP Tables command will show you what your current IP Tables settings are before you have installed Dedicated Server Guard. Of course they may be empty which is not a problem.

Note: If your Dedicated Server is not compatible you will get error messages using the above two commands.

 

Once you have confirmed compatibility, you are ready to signup and do the extremely simple install of the Dedicated Server Guard and start protecting your server from the many unwanted elements plaguing the Internet, Dedicated Server Owners, and clients.
